Re: tugur pressureHi, I have learned to define turgor pressure as the vacuole (large organelle in cell that holds water) fills with water from osmosis (movement of water from high concentrations of water through the cell membrane and into low concentrations) and creates pressure on primarily the cell wall but minimally on the cell membrane.
