What is a convenient way to 'fish out' messenger RNA from a pool of total RNA (also containing rRNA and tRNA)?

In bacteria? It's just a pain. AFAIK the are no easy ways like in eukaryotes :( There are a few kits that pretends to be able to improve things (I think epicentre has one) but even then you just enrich in mRNA
