Enzyme graphsWhich is more accurate graph for measuring V-max and Km. Michaelis, Hands or lineweaver-burkes? I guess michaelis is the least as the V-max is never really reached. But I am not sure about the rest.
no idea what Hands is, but LB is very simple and is probably the answer

For Lineweaver-Burke plots the x-intercept is -1/Km, the y-intercept is 1/Vmax, and the slope is Km/Vmax. You can also do Eadie-Hofstee plots (v = -Km(v/[S]) + Vmax) in which case the x-intercept is Vmax/Km, the y-intercept is Vmax, and the slope is –Km. Lineweaver-Burke plots are more commonly used, though the Eadie-Hofstee plots sometimes give more accurate estimates of the parameters.
