Aquaculture- improve the genetic gain and overestimation

Postby The_E on Sat Nov 17, 2007 3:40 pm

Hey,

Could anyone help me with an excersise, there aint much to find in google about it. Here we goes:

Discuss challenges facing efforts to quantify genetic gain, and what
factors can contribute to an over-estimation of genetic improvement.

Thanks for any help. :)

Do you have any background info for lectures or reading that you can offer? I haven't heard about genetic gain.
