Rhamnogalacturonan IHi there,
I just wanna make sure if the notes given in class are correct... This is what it says... Rhamnogalacturonan I (RG1) is a Linear polymer of alternating galacturonic acid (GalA) and rhamnose (Rha) molecules -alpha-Rha-(1-->4)-alpha-GalA-(1-->2)-alpha-Rha-(1-->4)-a-GalA-(1-->2)--etcetc But shouldn't it be -alpha-Rha-(1-->2)-alpha-GalA-(1-->4)-alpha-Rha-(1-->2)-a-GalA-(1-->4)--etcetc ?? Thanks in advance b_06er
