Plant infecting bacteriaHi all is there a prokaryotic bacterium that infects plants? And is it there non poisonous to humans?
Why do you think plants and animals have a lot in common for the bacterial toxin to be successful. Aren't they, plant infecting and animal infecting bacteria supposed to be having totally different arsenal.
Hey all bacteria are prokaryotic only. Erwinia, Xanthomonas and Pseudomonas infect plants. I don't know if they can do something bad to us though.
