are all citrus fruits artficially created variants? if so,what came first: the lemon,lime or orange?

No actually the orange tree and lemon tree are different species of the same genus that resulted due to natural selection. They were around long before agriculture

aren't they from the citron genus and just have different specie names?

if it is an important question with you, I think you can find a Genealogy tree of Rutaceae .
Citrus is an important tree so I think they did a lot of study about it.
they can build Genealogy tree by a lot of method ( RFLP,RAPF, ect)
if you need more, I can give you what we do to know where Cayen pinaple come from .

I love lemons and limes etc. Don't particulary like grapefruits tho.
