Bacteria pathogens with short incubation periods (<24h)Please list all bacteria pathogens that have incubation period shorter then 24 hours (i.e. bacteria which cause symptoms to show up in human after less then 24 hours since infection occurred). I'm not looking for foodborne bacteria, but bacteria that infect soft tissues, like infection that occur after skin cut. I know that Pasteurella multocida, the bacteria found in animal bites, has a short incubation period - only 4 to 24 hours after the bite has occurred. Are there other such bacteria?
