Structure of Mouse PituitaryCould you please someone provide me the histological structure of mouse pituitary? I am processing it and found that it is very different from rat, monkey, ape, or human pituitary. Morphologically, mouse pituitary is longer and flat like a spleen, otherwise the rest looks like a rear. I cannot distinguish between anterior, posterior, and intermedia parts. Also, it seems to me that chromophobs of mouse pituitary is localized somewhere not scattered like the ones on other pituitary. Please help me on this, I am really stuck:?
THANK YOU ![]()
Please check http://www.nervenet.org/main/databases.html
or The Mouse Brain Library http://www.mbl.org/ where you will get tissue & microtome structures for pituitary. Because I'm not getting the Mouse brain. Thank You.
