The site from the Voet biochemistry book has some nice animations... http://www.wiley.com/college/fob/anim/ Some of them are a little advanced for a normal person's understanding though...

a few months back i viewed nice animations on this site but now this msg appears "Animation is preparing"...a bit stupid of me to ask but does this happen with all of you???
