Investigation into the immobolisation of Lactase enzymeIm at a loss i have 3 days to complete a piece of AS coursework and if i ask for help i will be remeoved from the course. My problem is i dont know the titile or the purpose of the experiment to complete my pilot study.
I know the following it has something to do with enzymes, lactase/lactose and at the end of the experiment i am left with round clearish balls which i am then suposed to drip milk through in order to count the rate at which the drops of milk pass through i think the experiment may be called Investigation into the immobolisation of Lactase enzyme PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS EXPERIMENT IS CALLED AND WHAT IS THE HYPOTHESIS AND ITS PURPOSE
