Blood pumped from heart

Hi

This may sound like a dumb question but I'm just wondering-
if the right and left ventricles pump equal amount of blood out for each heart beat/contraction does that mean the right ventricle pumps out deoxygenated blood and left ventricle pumps out oxygenated blood seeing as right side provides the pulmonary side and left side the systemic side?? and hence from right side goes through pulmonary trunk into artey into lungs drops of the C02 picks up O2 and retuns to left atrium while the left ventricle pumps in2 aorta through the tissues dropping off O2 picking up C02 and going through various veins back to right atrium where it all begins again?
is this what happens....

left ventricle does not pump out same volume as right ventricle as their is an amount left in the left ventricle ie. stroke volume (sv=edv-esv). artery(systemic) carries oxygenated blood and veins (venous return) carry deoxygenated blood so you right on that one.

Ya ur on right track.

But remember left ventrical is much smaller than right one.

pulmonary artery is related with right ventricle.

pulmonary vein with left auricle.
