URGENT!!! Please Help!

We had to calibrate the eyepiece micromer today and determine the size of the cells of the following: spirulina, unicellular green alga, paramecium, amoeba wood (secondary xylem). I have messed it up. Now need to submit a report tomorrow and need approximate cell sizes an calibration at 4, 10, 40, 100 magnifications. Does someone have any idea or done similar experiment before?
