Greenhouse Gas Emissions...

Postby caite_francis on Wed Sep 06, 2006 2:57 pm

What does greenhouse gas emissions mean? I mean I think I might know what it is but since greenhouse is thrown in there I have no clue. I appologize if this questions makes me sound completely dumb.

Ps; I looked in the dictionary on this website

well think about what a green house is for. And now think how the gas from emisions is having that same effect on the earth> causing it to warm up because they trap the heat. "Greenhouse gas" can be from natural sources such as water vapor but increasingly it has been from carbon dioxide emisions.
