Catalase

I know catalase is an enzyme that helps turn H2O2 into H2O and O2. Im doing an experiment on pH levels and enzymes, and I cant figure out how to indicate wether or not the reaction took place. Any help would be appreciated.

I use Merck strips to indicate H2O2 concentration in solution during reaction. It`s very good method.

Ps. Do you know pseudocalalase (manganese catalase)?

1. measure OD at 240 nm of H2O2 disappearing
2. measure production of O2 by oxyden electrode, as we do in our laboratory.
