Good links for cDNA microarray and RT-qPCR

I have searched for good links for programming, interpreting the results and normalization techniques for cDNA microarray and RT-qPCR, but it seems like they are not that good. Do you have any good ones? It would help alot.

Also background for these technologies would be good.
