peroxidase

Postby lbiern on Wed Apr 06, 2005 4:51 pm

I have studied the enzyme peroxidase and its dye-coupled reactions. The effects of temperature and pH on peroxidase activity. Also the obvious effects of denaturation etc... My question is with analyzing this data. What is the evolutionary significance of these effects on peroxidase activity? Thankyou

Why did you analise it in the first place?
