Atlantic salmon, any good websites with info on this specie?

I just got assigned a project in cellbiology about the atlantic salmon.
And the task is kind of a combination of ecology and toxicology (how endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) may interfere with steroid synthesis in vertebrates).

I think I'll start the project by writing something about the specie. But the problem is I'm not an toxicolist or ecologist, so I don't know how to approach it. Any suggestions?

I'm also having a hard time finding good sites about this fish, are there any good websites for this kind of vertebrates? I think a database would be a lot of help, but I don't know of any.
