Cooking vegetablesAre we supposed to cook broccoli?
I mean, won't it loose some of the nutritions? Can you guys tell me what vegetables you should cook and which one you should just wash with water and eat?` I only know that you have to cook the potates in order to make the starch eatble for us (it heats the starch and so that our body can decompose it and gain nutrition).
I haven't heard about potato this way, I mean the logical reason for cooking is because some taste better after cooking.
Are we supposed to cook broccoli? Why? I sometimes eat it uncooked. It matters not how strait the gate

Yes, cooking is clean, and tastes better. (have you tried uncooked potato? It's awful

Almost all is better to say. To kill every bacteria you would have to put your potato in an autoclavation(translation??!) machine at 120 degrees for 10 minutes "I have no intention of stopping anytime soon. I want to understand the universe and answer the big questions, that is what keeps me going" - Stephen Hawking
