relation between nucleotides, codons, aminoacids,mRNAA transmembrane conductance regulator protein has 1480 amino acids.
How many DNA nucleotides are coding for these 1480 amino acids? How many mRNA nucleotides are coding? How many codons are present in the mRNA? I really dont know how to even attempt to answer these questions. Thank you for your input, i greatly appreciate it.
3 nucleotides code for each amino acid.
1 DNA nucleotide code for 1 mRNA nucleotide. Number of mRNA nucleotides divided by 3 get your number of codons. Or number of amino acids is your number of codons. 1. 4440 nucleotides 2. 4440 3. 1480.
