pathogen and non-pathogen population

in the natutal world, which microorganism is greater in terms of population...the pathogens or non-pathogens?

Deffinetly non-patogen. Only archea makes up 2/3 of living organisms

depends how you define pathogen. Pathogenic to what? human? Animals? Nematodes? Plants?. Overall non-pathogenic species are considered to be more numerous but I guess maybe we just have not found a suitable prey for them.
