Number of cells on Chamber slide

Hello!
I have a basic question. How many cells should I plate on a 4 well chamber slide (area=1.8 cm sq.). I need to do immunofluorescence after the overnight plating. So don't want them too confluent or too sparse. I know it depends on the cells I'm plating, but can someone give me a rough idea!
