rabbit ant-rat MCP1 prepUm... This may be more of a chemistry question than anything else, but here goes.
I have 500 ug of purified rabbit IgG which I need to make .1% sodium azide. The sodium azide solution I have is 10%. How much sodium azide do I have to add to make the entire solution .1% sodium azide?
.1% means that for 100ul (it could be ml or liters, but I suppose that you do not dilute that much you IgG) of solution you must have .1ul of it should be pure azide solution.
In your case that means that you should mix 1ul of 10% azide to 99ul of Ig solution. Patrick
