how to improve the catalytic activity of phosphatase?

my work show that vitamin B1 can inhibit the phosphatase catalytic activity of C.tropicalis,I want to know how to improve the catalytic activity with vitamin B1 being used.

For in vitro use?
The mechanism (or type) of inhibition is important ;)
