Predator-Prey Graph help!!!

Hello, I am trying to figure out this question. I am taking a ILC Biology course and they would like me to graph this out using a Predator Prey chart. The problem is that they don't tell us how! And some of the math involved I do not understand. I will post the information below and any help would be greatly appriciated. Please keep in mind that I am NOT looking for answers for everything that is listed below just the methods (In Layman's Terms ha ha ha ) that would help me out. Again thank you for your time.

Plot the changes of the deer and the wolf in one chart.

on the X axis put down the years and on the Y axis put down the number of animals.
draw the 2 graphs for 2 animals.
but i do not know what scale to be used.

He can put it into one graph e.g. in Excel, he can choose for one animal another scale on the other side.
I think this will be nice graph just a little short...
