have two friends pushing two different MLM products on me . one is PrePaidLegal services and the other is Efusjon vitamin energy drink . what is your opinion of these types of things ? legit or pyramid scheme ? where do you research stuff like this for the "truth" ?

pyramid, probably. If it's too good to be true, then it's probably not true.
