Suggestions for good lymphocyte growth medium and mitogens.

I'm isolating lymphocytes from peripheral blood, preferably whole populations, and I am in search of suggestions for good lymphocyte growth medium and applicable mitogens. I'm trying to grow whole populations, not specific Tcells or B cells. I've come up with many options and I'm kind of leaning toward AIM V from Invitrogen, but figured that somebody probably has a better idea. I'm new to cell culturing and need to put together some sort of plan by Friday.
If anybody has any ideas it would be a lot of help. In the mean time, I'll keep searching.
