being a studen of medicine .. it alot to do at the end of the day, every day I am bein evaluated and im just finishing my first year. eacch day two to three days i have to prepare power points to present to the class .. a class of 28 studets. then .. I have to go visit pacients.. that i am asigned to, answer thair questions and check status of these pacients, tha time you get to say ah what a day it was .. you need to get up back and .. get going , 3, 4 hrs is the most you get on a regular day.

what im trying to say is that .. sometimes you have so much to do that sometimes . you justneed some body to guide you in the right direction. it helps..
