Mg/Ca adviceHaving trouble anwsering this question thoroughly: Describe the relationship between magnesium and calcium in body cells? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
a relationship between magnesium and calcium? Kind of a strange question. Generally calcium is used by cells as a second messenger, with an informational role. Magnesium, on the other hand, is generally used as a cofactor for some enzymes.
