Moss reproductionI am very cofused with mosses: I know they are all homosporic, but then how do they have seperate male and female gametophytes? Are there different sexes of sporophytes? Also are mosses dioecious?
Thanks for your help, Ariel
most moss species, produce both gametangia
on the same plant, however there are a few species that have seperate male and female.
