3D molecules

Does anyone know where i can find 3d pictures of a fat colecule(atom or molecules), a dipeptide (atom or molecule) and a deoxyribonucleic acid (molecules only) i need to draw these for my independant biology class and i dunno how. PLEASE HELP

http://www.pdb.org might be a good place to look for more advanced stuff. but you need chime or RasMol in order to view the files
