what is the common method to analyze enzyme activity?

Nearly every chemical reaction in an organism is controlled by an enzyme. Usually these reactions are studied.

Benedict's solution is the best way to test for glucase activity.

There are different tests for different enzymes, so specifity is required =P

i was trying to do the beta-mannanase activity that produced by fungi.
