eye sight.........hey,frenz..
plz share how to make eye sight sharp n better in addition to medicenes,,,n optical aids. i means the ways which we can easily adopt at our home ,,, eg here ican say 1--by eating carrots 2--by looking for a long time at greenery n a walk in morning wat is ur opinion?????
Avoid some bad habits that relates to your eyes function e.g.
- too much reading without resting for a while - too much reading while laying - have no adequate lights while you reading or watching tv - working with only half-eye open on microscope - less sleeping or stay late too much at night ![]()

but 4 a quick tip i learned from my bro... degauss ur screens (dis is only for non-flat screens of kors)... say evry 4 hrs... of kors dont look at ur screen wen doing this.. degauss clears electromagnetic build up frm comp screens... altho its main purpose is to improve picture quality but i think it helps as well... & by making sure i kept my eyes off the screen even for a minute... ^_^ "Why you care about small things? for ur kind information i hav'nt lost prevention time.....i just posted it for the benefit of all users......first u read the post carefully then answer........sorry if i am going to be a bit harsh...i think if i would i have any problem i will surely ask a physician. i will not ask u....if u dont know the cures then plz dont interfere.

Yoga exercise of filling the mouth tight with water to the level of inflating the cheeks and then sprinkling the water in the open eyes to wash them is also very useful. The sprinkling and washing of the eyes should be continued without blinking them till the water can be easily held in the mouth; the water thrown out after that will be warmer and would have absorbed the excessive heat inside the eyes. This exercise should be repeated two-three times at a stretch in the morning soon after brushing the teeth. The yoga-practice of jala-neti along with this exercise also gives a soothing effect to the eyes apart from cleansing the nose and the sinus region. We should also take care not to overstrain our eyes.
In case of weak eyesight without any vision ailment, infection or biochemical problem, Ayruveda guidelines advise washing the eyes in the morning by a triphala-solution; this solution is prepared by soaking dry triphala powder in slightly cold water the night before and then filtering it with the help of fine cloth. i hav'nt heard of it before..........i more help plz! dear sachin is there any web site telling this type of exercise for eyes........plz.... once again i will b thankful.it seems so interesting and little bit funny to.
