radioactive probe or non-radioactive probe why??
You do not probe in electrophoresis... you use a probe in a southern. And then radioactivity for probe is almost religion
More seriously some people will defend the non-radiaoctive probes as as good as radioactive, while others will tell you that radioactive is best. In my experience both have problems and at least non-radioactive are much less trouble to handle. Patrick
