Can anyone furnish details about "Recognition Sites in Restriction Enzymes" ?

The name seems self explanatory, no? Restriction enzyme recognize a specific sequence in the DNA and cut it. This recognition can be affected by methylation of the DNA molecule. If you want a list of restriction sites, you can use thi site: http://rebase.neb.com/rebase/rebase.html

Something special about restriction sites: They are palindromic sequences.

i would like to be more clear in my question. I mean the recognition sites IN restriction enzymes which recognizes the specific dna sequence for eg. palindromic sequences

Yes exactly... to be more precise "the region of binding in restriction enzymes and the region of cleaving"
