erectile dysfunctionhow do men get erectile dysfunction, is there a lack of certain component in their diet, if so, how does it make a difference? please help.... in need to know this for a future wife
I am not sure of all causes, but I think diet is pretty small on list of reasons. it could be stress or medication or something like that. I am not a doctor but there was special on news about this. They said it is usually mental, at least in younger man, such as latent fear or trying too hard and not relaxing during sex or having expectation instead of let course of action happen.
Nitric oxide more probably. And it's probably not a big problem, and considering the number of mechanism where NO is involved (including in brain functionning) I guess that if your N level were so low that you could not make enough NO, erectile dysfunction would definitely not be high on your priority list of problems.
And Nitrogen is quite common in all food. Definitely not something you could lack off, except if you simply fast. Patrick
