I've got different colour eyes.. one is blue.. one is green... expect my blue eyes also has a section where it is kinda green.. i think it pretty cool but from what i know it could be a mixture between, complete heterochromia and sectoral heterochromia, my dad has brown eyes and my mum has blue eyes... it may not be relevant but I was four months premature (born early)

I m sorry to that, U guyz defferent eye.
All of their daughter cells are genetically different in the same way. So one eye expresses three color alleles and the other only one. If you originally had a dominant and recessive, one eye might have the chromosome carrying the blue, and the other the dominant. This also can produce patches in the eyes, on the skin,

The disorder that makes one eye turn one color and the other eye another color; would this be a genetic defect? Would this disorder be caused by genes from the parent or would this be a random encounter of this disorder? However, I believe that this disorder is caused by genetics and this would be quite normal. I would like to further study about this disorder of defective eye coloration. It is quite interesting as a matter of fact!

hey, im Aubree im 12 years old and i have 2 diffrent colored eyes when i was in first grade i didnt like it but now i love it
but when im at school kids make fun of me because i have a weird name sospubly and i have 2 diffrent colored eyes
i have i green eye and one brown in my brown eye i have 2 little green splaters in the top and bottem of my eye
and in my green i have a brown ring around my peauple!
i wanna become a model but alot of the adtions iv gone 2 they turned me down because have weird eyes!
i love acting 2 it is my life n i woud love 2 be the 2nd person in hollywood 2 have 2 diffrent colored eyes!

My boyfriend's eyes are the same. 1 eye is blue and the other is half blue and half brown. He is a vascular surgeon and he said during all of his medical training he had never heard of anything like it. Now when you Google it, found an article that says when this phenomenom happens, it usually is in in a twin....and he is a twin!

Hello, I have 2 different colored eye 1 brown and 1 greenish/ blue. They will become lighter or darker depending on the sunshine and my mood. I always knew it was different because people would say some crazy stuff. But I Love it. People question things that arent the normal. That-just makes us individuals. I have perfect vision not blind in one eye. There are no secrets powers I have, but wished I did lol. If any other questions what its like having 2 different colored eyes ask away. NO Twin either.

both my eyes have 3 colors in them blue yellow and green, i have 3 cirkles in my eyes that have one color each the outer ring is blue and the next is yellow and the green is the last.

i'm glad to find out i'm not the only "chimera" in the world.
i'm not really as intresting though, i have one aqua green eye one coppery brown eye .
and my eyes do change from a dark brown through to a reddish colour brown depending on the sunlight.
or a dull green to a bright green.
other than that my father was a twin (the other didn't pull through) and has blue eyes my mother has brown eyes same with my oldest sister.
my pop was colour blind.
i also have a large white marks streeching arcoss my right hip to just before my knee.
would these also have and effect?

I'm trying to figure out some details on two different colored eyes. I have had one brown eye and one green eye my whole life. I have one of my moms eyes and one of my dads. So im pretty sure it had to do with genes, but i had a someone i meet talking about how i was "painted". Then he continued to tell me stories about different beliefs and how people who were "painted" were supposed special in a lot of different ways. Unfortunately he was explaining this to me as i was having a few beers at Applebees, so i don't remember much of what he said. Has anyone heard of the term "painted" and if so do you know anything about it?

I have 2 diferent colored eyes 1 brown and 1 1/2 brown 1/2 greenish blue. The greenish blue one changes with light and what I'm wearing.... When I was young I kids would make fun of me and call me monster, etc. My mom asked if I wanted a contact to make them the same color but I didn't want to do that because I was young and didn't want to put something in my eye. I have a pen pal I've had since 3rd grade and she has the exact same eyes as mine. We are now 50 yrs old and never mentioned it to each other when we starting writing to each other in 3rd grade. We finally got to meet in person 20 yrs ago and that is when we discovered we both have 2 different colored eyes. It is awesome.

I also used to date a guy with a green eye and a blue eye! I think it's more common that we think at times but is still a rarity and something I now cherish...
