what are the functions of caecum and appendix? and how are they different?

Umm...I sugget that you do a comparation between herbivorous and carnivorous animal coecums. And then, from their eating style (one is a vegetarian while other is not :lol: ), you'll understand the function of coecums..:mrgreen:
