Polymerase Chain ReactionI have two different questions and i think i know the answers of them, if im wrong please correct me:
the function of pcr in genetic engineering? 1-cut DNA into many fragments 2-carry DNA into a new cell 3-link together newly joined fragments of DNA 4-make millions of copies of a specific segment of DNA 5-separate fragments of DNA by their lenght and electrical charges and the other one is: the main purpose of pcr is: 1-inhibit DNA synthesis 2-create new strands of DNA 3-denature specific strands of DNA 4-cleave DNA into two separate strands 5- crete copies of a DNA segment So, i think in the first question the correct answer is d, and in the second one is e, i got confuse that in the same sheet they are asking on two different questions almost the same, thank you,
You are right for both.
As for the weirdness of having the same question asked 2 times, I agree with you. But who knows what can go through your teachers head? Patrick
