i craved tuna today and i usually dislike tuna
hmm how come? is it a food good while studying? coz im jsut about burnt out maybe it has to do with that?

i also craved mangoes but they are out of season :( i can even smell it haha

and although i have been stressed, i seem to have lost my appetite and except for those 2, i dont seem to be bothered to eat!! but i guess that can vary person to person whether stress can cause cravings.

btw those olives are delicious :-P

So if we crave something, we should eat lots of it because it is good for us?
