Egestion in humans

I need to find another example of egestion in the human body apart from defaecation. It needs to be egestion not excretion or secretion.
Anyone knows??

In my bio book egestion and defecation are given as synonims.
Ingestion: putting food in
Egestion: getting food out
I doubt there is another form

PS: Maybe vomiting...
