polyploid dataset

Hi!
I am working with microsatellite data and in my row-dataset I have varieties with both diploid and triploid genotypes and I wonder how to perform the statistical analysis with such a mixed dataset. I would be interested to estimate the relationsships among the different genotypes and to identify possible parents of some unknown varieties.
I am new in this field and I would appriciate any help.
