Cell RestrictionI know this is probably really simple but I think im just over looking something, why is the size of a cell often restricted? Thanks
I dont know if this is the proper answer to your question but as much as I know it is about the volume and surface area proportion of the cell. The cell stays at a limited size to provide the optimum transport.
