Brain Anatomy Questions

Postby Whitestar on Thu Oct 20, 2005 4:52 am

Please don't mind the spelling, it's 1am and I've been working on finishing off my glossary for my midterm (studying is fun... wee)

I'm down to two structures I need to list the functions for

The Primary Fissure and the Hippocampal Formation

Any help?

primary fissure, divides cerebellum into anterior and posterior lobes.

hippocampal formation might be the same as hippocampus

Do you mean primary fissure in cerebellum or in cortex?
