Is there any protocol of tratment of anaphylaxis?

According to the theory, anaphylaxis is caused by histamine releasing by the basophils and mast cells...so the treatment, you have to reduce the level of histamine. I've ever heard that eosinophils ever called by histamine inhibitor because eosinophils have histaminase..but I'm not sure bout that.
