TreesQuestion:Just out of curiousity, when people go on 'Save the Trees' marches, is there a specific type of tree that they wish to save or is it trees in general?
"Always remember that you are unique. . . just like everybody else."
Although they may be at a protest at a specific forest which contains a rare type of tree which they want to save, but generally they love all trees:D Its like the Save the Animals protests. Against using animal testing in labs. They are against all testing on animals not just rabbits or monkeys or rats. It's always funny until someone gets hurt. Then it's just hilarious.

knowledge gives us the right to make opinoins.
the opinoins of a fool are worthless, and make those that hear them foolish.
Re: tree pharmacology
Yes Salycilic acic. Its name even come from the name of willow in latin. But it is much less efficient that its acetylated chemical counterpart that is found in aspirin. So botany and chemistry can combine to give us better drugs.
