Microscope??Hey i have some questions regarding to microscope, can anyone helps me to slove it!!
1)What happens when you lower and raise the condenser? 2)When the oil immersion objective is being used to view the bacteria, what happens when you open and close the iris diaphragm? 3)Why are the lower power objectives more useful for viewing the yeast? Thanks

At the first semester of the university(at least in my country) , you learn the parts and usage of microscope.
