Microscope??

Microscope??

Hey i have some questions regarding to microscope, can anyone helps me to slove it!!
1)What happens when you lower and raise the condenser?
2)When the oil immersion objective is being used to view the bacteria, what happens when you open and close the iris diaphragm?
3)Why are the lower power objectives more useful for viewing the yeast?

I think it would be easier to explain if you tried them out on the microscope.

At the first semester of the university(at least in my country) , you learn the parts and usage of microscope.

And as the mods say over and over again WE DO NOT ANSWER HOMEWORK QUESTIONS! :evil:

:idea: But if you tell us what you think and why, in short show us that you have worked a little to try to get the answer by yourself, we will gladly correct you or give you hints on how to find teh correct answer.
