The Fiber DiseaseModerator: BioTeam from that article London,
the morphology of Bird flu, or it's likes: "The virions have envelopes and occur in pleomorphic and filamentous forms. In general the virus's morphology is spherical with particles 50 to 120 nm in diameter, or filamentous virions 20 nm in diameter and 200 to 300 (-3000) nm long. There are some 500 distinct spike-like surface projections of the envelope each projecting 10 to 14 nm from the surface with some types (i.e. hemagglutininesterase (HEF)) densely dispersed over the surface, and with others (i.e. hemagglutinin (HA)) spaced widely apart. The major glycoprotein ((HA) is interposed irregularly by clusters of neuraminidase (NA), with a ratio of HA to NA of about 4-5 to 1. Lipoprotein membranes enclose the nucleocapsids; nucleoproteins of different size classes with a loop at each end; the arrangement within the virion is uncertain. The nucleocapsids are filamentous and fall in the range of 50 to 130 nm long and 9 to 15 nm in diameter. They have a helical symmetry."source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orthomyxov ... Morphology Influenza Influenza is a highly infectious viral illness. The name “influenza” originated in 15th century Italy, from an epidemic attributed to “influence of the stars.” The first pandemic, or worldwide epidemic, that clearly fits the description of influenza was in 1580. At least four pandemics of influenza occurred in the 19th century, and three occurred in the 20th century. The pandemic of “Spanish” influenza in 1918–1919 caused an estimated 21 million deaths worldwide. Smith, Andrews, and Laidlaw isolated influenza A virus in ferrets in 1933, and Francis isolated influenza B virus in 1936. In 1936, Burnet discovered that influenza virus could be grown in embryonated hens’ eggs. This led to the study of the characteristics of the virus and the development of inactivated vaccines. The protective efficacy of these inactivated vaccines was determined in the 1950s. The first live attenuated influenza vaccine was licensed in 2003. Flu pandemic precursors? Definite DNA changing, into what? Note the filamentous......... I think you mentioned this before. Nice setup Tam Tam. Chickens eat gravel, and things off the ground. Anthrax grows on the ground, BT leftovers, worms. etc. What came first the chicken or the egg? Why not just give us the source, Tam Tam? Quit playing these stupid games......this is real life. To many, life is a game, isn't it? Daddy and Mommy too. Stand up like a man, and tell us the truth. What is the motive for this game? Who wins? Skytroll
Hi Befour If you ever have distinct quotes and you'd like to find sources for them, Google will find all kinds of links. What you need is to do a search on a specific string of words. If you just go to google and enter : They are the masters of shoe-leather research You will get links containing those keywords spaced all over the page. We want to search for a specific phrase. SO: Ok, first copy the words you'd like to search for. I chose: They are the masters of shoe-leather research. so select the text (click and drag to highlight these words in TamTam's post) Now where the words are highlighted (in blue), right click on the words and choose Copy. Go to Google.com. click on Advanced search. Now, in the box where its says 'with the exact phrase', right click in the box and choose 'paste'. You now have the whole phrase in there. Now click Google search. So now you're searching for a distinct phrase and not just any match on keywords. The phrase being They are the masters of shoe-leather research This is really useful for finding links to content where you have specific phrases at hand. This is a really powerful page with which to search wthin google as there are many options: you can find pages WITHOUT certain words (to cut out content you're not interested in). you can search for .com, .co.uk, .net only sites etc. Hope this is useful. If you already know this then please forgive me for mentioning it BTW: the article TamTam listed is for subscribers to TIME online. see ya Ukguy
I echo those feelings. TamTam we've followed you for quite some time. Battled to make sure you were heard. We've spread the word. You have delivered time and time again but still there are questions. 1. The blueprint - what is it? 2. C3!!!! Remember TamTam? C3 was not very well understood.
And then
So C3 is the the basis for this disease,
But then C3 represents a stray target of experimental biology?
3. Dr Wymore Why no contact there? Would you prefer this to be a European discovery? TamTam you are giving hope to alot of troubled souls. With just a little more co-operation you would have more resources available to you. I can't help thinking that the current interest will wane if you cannot change the way you interact with the people here. We're not expecting: Colour of eyes Favourite foods Most embarassing moment Celebrity you'd like to date You know what I mean.... Just my thoughts..... Sincerely, Ukguy
Before,
Here's one of the links re: Tam's post http://www.time.com/time/archive/previe ... 13,00.html and here's the other one... http://www.time.com/time/archive/previe ... 44,00.html NOTE* when it opens up> lok at the box on right for more of the stories. London
Thank you Ukguy, I did not know all of that, will be very helpful.
(Please see my response, on LB re Adderall thread, as susiq ,to guest "just trying to help", you might get a kick out of it. I think I had a "meltdown") Thanks London befour
TOLD YA SO!Why do my observations take so long to catch on? I have been telling everyone, and getting yelled at that this guy is a fake. That his video is bogus..that his statements do not make sense to my scientific guys. I was not lying guys.
This guy has been playing a game with you for months now. He is a computer genius 23 year old hacker..playing dungeons and dragons...I hate to say it but 'I told ya so." PS I do not hate ot say it..I lied. Believe me, I am here for one reason only. To find a baseline and a cure or at least a way to keep it down. Mom just had radio active die placed into her for her Cancer operation and we are monitoring it to see if maybe it affects this condition. The ony way we will be able to gt a grip on this, is not to listen to blah,blah,blah....but by having our blood work done. I have been told by many that this is how to do it. If we are not going for an NIH grant proposal submitted by a University then we have to be our own doctors. THEY GET BLOOD WORK DONE AND LOOK FOR THINGS IN THE RESULTS. Blood work... C-Reactive protein H-Pylori TSH and regular chems done. THIS IS FACTUAL STUFF. What are we afraid of? That is the only way to get a base line. Get all your records from any work you have had done and keep them in a binder. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH CARE!!!!!! All the rest is BULL! Come on people..let us get smart and scientific. Love ya all Randy
This might be an avenue to look into. I just found a 1/2 inch fiber. that had enlarged diameters at each end, black, and it moved. The flat ones generally don't move. This one moved. It seems like a sensor, like a probe, like what follows.
Polymer sensors for RNA? or DNA? Actin filaments in gold chrystals..........might want to look at that. of Chemistry, Bowling Green State University OH 43402, USA 2Center for Biomolecular Sciences, Bowling Green State University OH 43402, USA 3Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Biomolecular Science and Engineering Program, Material Research Laboratory, University of California Santa Barbara, CA 93106-9510, USA *To whom correspondence should be addressed. Fundamental control over supra-molecular self-assembly for organization of matter on the nano-scale is a major objective of nanoscience and nanotechnology. ‘RNA tectonics’ is the design of modular RNA units, called tectoRNAs, that can be programmed to self-assemble into novel nano- and meso-scopic architectures of desired size and shape. We report the three-dimensional design of tectoRNAs incorporating modular 4-way junction (4WJ) motifs, hairpin loops and their cognate loop–receptors to create extended, programmable interaction interfaces. Specific and directional RNA–RNA interactions at these interfaces enable conformational, topological and orientational control of tectoRNA self-assembly. The interacting motifs are precisely positioned within the helical arms of the 4WJ to program assembly from only one helical stacking conformation of the 4WJ. TectoRNAs programmed to assemble with orientational compensation produce micrometer-scale RNA filaments through supra-molecular equilibrium polymerization. As visualized by transmission electron microscopy, these RNA filaments resemble actin filaments from the protein world. This work emphasizes the potential of RNA as a scaffold for designing and engineering new controllable biomaterials mimicking modern cytoskeletal proteins. skytroll -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Correspondence may also be addressed to Neocles B. After this I will give up on my harping. No matter what we find if we can not test for it, we have nothing but speculation after specualtion. I have watched this go on for over 5 years now and I can not bear to see it continue for another 5.
We all need our blood work done. This is the last time I will beat a dead horse. YOu can lead a horse to water........... We can find millions of things we MAY have but without being able to test for each and every one..we go on and on and on and on for years and years and we get nowhere. This is a fact. I can not stand doing this anymore. I have ALL my medical records in hand. That is all..I am done..get backt o me if you have yours. PM me. Otherwise I can not bear to read thousands of pages of nonsense. Even if you guessed it a hundred pages back..no one tires to PROVE anything. It is way too aggrivating to deal with. I am so sory for being a jerk about this....but I also can not watch a dog chase its tail for years and years and years. PM if you have your blood test results an want to get a base line. Love to ya alll..but can not stand the circus. Randy Randy During the End Times, Good will battle Evil. Where do you stand?

Believe it or not Randy, we are in the 21st Century,
this is not all organic. Think outside that little box. Actin filament, our OWN MUSCLE FIBERS...... synthesized into sensors, programmable......... http://www.wormbase.org/db/misc/paper?n ... lass=Paper There is a whole lot more where that come from. This is not all organic........ Skytroll
Here is more........
Citation: Protein machines and self assembly in muscle organization Type in a citation ID such as 11988761, WBPaper00006396, or cgc184: Protein machines and self assembly in muscle organization. Barral JM, Epstein HF BioEssays 1999 21:813-823 The remarkable order of striated muscle is the result of a complex series of protein interactions at different levels of organization. Within muscle, the thick filament and its major protein myosin are classical examples of functioning protein machines. Our understanding of the structure and assembly of thick filaments and their organization into the regular arrays of the A-band has recently been enhanced by the application of biochemical, genetic, and structural approaches. Detailed studies of the thick filament backbone have shown that the myosins are organized into a tubular structure. Additional protein machines and specific myosin rod sequences have been identified that play significant roles in thick filament structure, assembly, and organization. There include intrinsic filament components, cross-linking molecules of the M-band and constituents of the membrane-cytoskeleton system. Muscle organization is directed by the multistep actions of protein machines that take advantage of well-established self-assembly relationships. Cross references Genes: unc-45, unc-89
The simple answer is usually the right one. With all this info..what ya gonna do about it? You have to get a base line with all our records cuz that is where we will find how it affects us.
What are ya gonna do with the above info. Nothing. NO way to prove it. No way to cure it. What good is the info? It is just a dog chasing its tail. Sory for being a jer..like I said but I am so duizzy from all of this nonsense. I refuse to play cloak and dagger and spy versus spy...leave it for the video games. This is real life and real life is organic. randy During the End Times, Good will battle Evil. Where do you stand?
