haha...it reminds me...poisons and remedies are the same, the only thing that differs them is the dose...
For Andrew, I thing the lady just want to make sure that you don't misuse it..because you face seems not to convincing for her to give the codeine directly.. 
Q: Why are chemists great for solving problems?

Ever notice that the insignia for medicine is a snake wrapped around a staff?

That's my favorite symbol..but, I think it's not a snake but two snakes..
