replication intermediates

Postby cmgross » Wed Nov 04, 2009 6:19 am

I have a ds linear viral DNA genome of 100 kb. It has been determined that the replication intermediate is a 200 kb dsDNA circle. How can you expain the structure/transition to the replication intermediate of a 200 kb circle?
